Frequently Asked Questions

Tai Chi is a traditional practice known for its slow, flowing movements that combine relaxation and balance. Chi Gung (Qigong) focuses more on breathing, posture, and gentle energy work. Both help improve health, and inner calm.

Yes, beginners are very welcome. Every session is guided step by step, so you can start at your own pace without any prior experience.

Online sessions are run live through Zoom or Google Meet. You just need a quiet space, internet access, and a phone or laptop. The instructor will guide you and give feedback in real time.

Outdoor classes usually take place in local parks or open spaces where the natural setting adds to the experience. Exact locations are shared in advance with the schedule.

Each class runs for about 45 minutes to an hour, including warm up, the main practice, and a short relaxation at the end.

With regular practice, you may notice reduced stress, better flexibility and balance, improved posture, and a calmer state of mind. These gentle exercises are suitable for people of all ages.

No special gear is required. Just wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. For outdoor sessions, bringing a yoga mat is optional.
