Who it’s for
Gentle Online Qigong for All Ages
Online classes suit you if you can’t get to one of our Leeds venues, prefer to practise at home, or want to add more practice to your week. The movements are slow and low-impact, so they work well for beginners, over-50s and anyone rebuilding strength.
