Tuesday 3pm–4pm and Wednesday 11am–12pm at Newman Centre, Station Road, LS15 7JY. £6 pay on arrival. These classes are not available for online booking.

Arun Gujaran has been teaching authentic Tai Chi and Qi Gong since 1st January 2010. With over 15 years of experience, Arun combines traditional techniques with a practical approach, helping students of all ages improve balance, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Arun is passionate about guiding beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, creating a friendly, supportive environment for everyone. His extensive teaching background ensures you’re learning from a qualified and trusted Tai Chi instructor.
