Review From Clients
EXCELLENT Based on 9 reviews Posted on DalitTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started going to the Tai Chi sessions to help with my condition of Long Covid / Chronic Fatigue. At first, I could barely get through half an hour, and today I can easily do 1.5 hours. Arun is a fantastic and inspiring teacher. I’ve learned so much about the energy of the body and how it can heal itself. It’s been an amazing transformation for me, and I highly recommend these lessons to others.Posted on Josie RhodesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Since starting tai chi more than 5 years ago my knees are no longer painful, my muscles are toned and I can relax and just be for longer. The group vibe is a bonus 😉. Thank you, Arun.Posted on Dev JassiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Humble, welcoming, humorous and shares pearls of wisdom on Tai Chi , philosophy, spirituality, science and finding our connection with nature and grounding techniques to relax the nervous system. All through Tai Chi and QiGong. My balance, coordination, strength, clarity, journey of understanding our relationship to nature and beyond has intensified incredibly. Aches and pains are slowly removed as the body heals, connection to the mind and body along with energy increase resulting in a joyful and happy, body and mind balance along with cultavating an Inner Smile. 🙂 Highly recommended and life changing artform worth investing in.Posted on Linda HepworthTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Arun's classes are easy to follow and fun to do. Arun describes each move step by step and shows the moves from different angles which really helps when trying to perfect the form. I also like how Arun gives some insight into the health benefits and why certain moves are done in a certain way. There's a whole variety of ways to join in: online, in person, outdoor or 1:1 so why not give it a try.Posted on John MurrayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very friendly group. Made welcome and given good instruction. A good range of sessions on Tai Chi and Chi Gong. Facebook group with recordings of sessions.Posted on Matthew KayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a lovely, diverse, warm and welcoming group. Arun is a brilliant and thoughtful teacher with a wealth of knowledge and wisdom about Tai Chi that he shares openly and generously. I've been attending classes for nearly a year. They're all good but my favourite is Saturday mornings in the open air. Such a great way to start the weekend. I nearly forgot to mention that I used to have constant pain in my back and hips that I could almost prevent from getting unbearable with yoga and pilates but went almost completely after a couple of months doing Tai Chi.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
