☯ Healing Meditation In Movement
The natural rhythms inherent in the movements synchronise with breath and heartbeat. An hypnotic state captures the attention.
When the thinking calms down to reveal the spaciousness of undistracted, non-reactive awareness, emotions are also released from their habitual patterns. And vice versa, calming emotional reactivity naturally releases habitual patterns of thought.
With clarity we see that everything changes in the unchanging space of awareness : a reality that is felt more than thought. The body and its changing states, emotions, and thoughts, are seen to be mutually-affected.
From the meditative state we summon the basic pattern of our longed-for ideal self-emanation. We call into being our best selves. Thoughts, feelings, posture all align in healthy wellness.
This mutual reinforcement of all dimensions of our being stimulates transformation, healing, wholeness.
☯ The Healing Energy Of Heart-Mind
The human heart has been found to have a larger magnetic field than the brain. When emotional stresses are released this field is clarified; otherwise it’s complex and obstructed. The overactive/reactive brain confuses things, whereas the calm-centred awareness harmonises with heart/feelings.
In any session we can begin by considering how this meditation-contemplation helps clearing traumas from our mind via opening up the body, the stuck parts being seen as reflections of inner stress.
The practice of perfecting the Form and its spirals does this job of clearing physical stress, circulating energy more freely, and clearing the mind.
The magnetic field of the heart is thereby cleansed and we experience a feeling of expansion. As we continue to practice, becoming accustomed to this feeling as “coming home”, we are then refreshing the body as a conscious expression of this expanded heart energy.
In this way, practice tends towards an embodied heart-mind, with unobstructed clarity, sensitivity, and stability.

Clearing the Body, Freeing the Mind
The practice of perfecting the Form and its spirals does this job of clearing physical stress, circulating energy more freely, and clearing the mind.
The magnetic field of the heart is thereby cleansed and we experience a feeling of expansion. As we continue to practice, becoming accustomed to this feeling as “coming home”, we are then refreshing the body as a conscious expression of this expanded heart energy.
Returning to the Original Body
This is coming home to the Original Body, the uncorrupted essence-pattern of our individual biological machinery. Working with its internal harmony, an hypnotic integration of attention within the body opens the awareness of awareness itself. We cultivate awareness of constant change in bodily processes. We cultivate awareness that awareness itself is continuous during physical changes.
Crossroads of Being
The Original Mind is seen to have been present since before our identity, because foetal awareness preceded birth. Is it possible that awareness preceded conception? At what point did it start? Does the body in fact flow from mind? If so, then Original Body would be grounded in Original Mind.
We stand at a crossroads. On one side the Original state flows outwards into this life. Looking the other way we face the source of the origin, the mystery of The Dao. This is seen to be at the heart of things.
Re-entering Life Rebalanced
We have let go of all that keeps us stuck. Freedom from conditioned stress is known. Our way of being is reset in alignment with our essence. What would we do with our power?
From there we flow back into this life, refreshed. In this way, practice tends towards an embodied heart-mind, with unobstructed clarity, sensitivity, and stability.
